2020.003.001 - Hoe
A draw hoe with broken handle about a foot back. Draw hoex were used for breaking farrow, chopping out big weeds, breaking up large areas for early spring planting, hilling potatoes, and breaking up sod and soil. The head is metal and flat with a curved neck into a cone shape to attach the hoe to the wooden handle. The wood looks original and has mud and dirt still on it. It looks like a screw is securing the head to the handle.
