There is a gold seal with the American Legion ROTC ribbon as well as a sticker on the glass that has the 1933 year on a gold seal looking sticker. There is also a small American flag in thebottom right corner of the frame.

A gold framed oval printed photo/painting of General John J. Pershing. The glass is domed or bubbled. The painting seems to have been printed on to paper board. There are two large holes through the painting. The glass is not secured. The frame has an eagle with a sheld and ribbon that says U.S.A. at the top; and at the bottom two american flags tied together.
