Physical characteristics |
A black book with red binding and corners that has gold embossed lettering on the front that says "RECORD OF MINUTES" in block lettering. The front has also had a piece of paper that is held on by cellophane tape that says "Book No. 11", "May 4, 1960 to July 15, 1964". There is also an American Legion Seal sticker on the front. |
